In 2017 he began collaborating with the Teatro Patalò theater company, which he still follows. This brings him closer to the world of theater, managing to create his own style which is putting together photojournalism and stage photography.
Since 2017 he began teaching photography in Rimini’s high schools as part of the “Spazio Bianco” project, a project approved by the Municipality of Rimini and the Emilia Romagna Region.

In 2018, together with Claudio Maria Lerario and Giulia Zhang, he founded AYZOH!, a non-profit organization that over the years has become a global movement. The mission of AYZOH! is to create powerful communication tools through visual storytelling, editorial design and social research with the aim of amplifying the voices of marginalized communities, indigenous peoples and all those who are disadvantaged, oppressed or ignored. Currently the AYZOH! team includes photographers, directors, designers, anthropologists, linguists, writers and humanitarian workers, supported by a trusted international network of collaborators.

In 2022 Dorin began collaborating with the ANSA news agency as a photojournalist.
